Scouting and Planning

The second phase of our approach focuses on scouting and planning. Before the camera even comes out, we take the time to visit your property. This on-site scouting is crucial for understanding the space, its layout, natural light availability, and unique architectural elements. We assess the best times of day for shooting, considering factors like sunlight and shadow play, to ensure we can capture your property in its finest light.
During this visit, we also plan out the specific shots, considering various angles and compositions that will best showcase your property. We think about how each room connects to another, the flow of the house, and how to capture it in a way that is both inviting and informative to potential buyers or viewers. This meticulous planning is key to a smooth and efficient shoot day, ensuring we cover all essential aspects without overlooking any detail.
Moreover, this phase allows us to foresee and mitigate any potential challenges. Whether it’s rearranging furniture for better composition or bringing in additional lighting to highlight certain features, our planning is comprehensive. We ensure that on the day of the shoot, everything runs seamlessly, and we are prepared to showcase your property at its absolute best.
